Airbus: 55 aircraft delivered in February
(CercleFinance.com) - Airbus has recorded orders for 274 aircraft in its A220, A320 and A350 XWB ranges so far this year.
In February, Airbus did not register any new orders. Over the month it delivered 55 aircraft to 35 clients. Deliveries included 40 A320 Family aircraft (including 37 neo versions).
Amongst notable deliveries in the month, the group mentioned the first A350-900 delivered to Aeroflot, Russia's national airline, out of 22 aircraft ordered.
Airbus' remaining order backlog to be delivered as at 29 February was 7,670. This total included 6,209 A320 Family aircraft and 547 A220 aircraft, as well as 328 A330s, 577 A350 XWBs and 9 A380s.
