Airbus: neutral, Oddo sees 2020 as 'year of transition'
(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday an Oddo BHF analyst reinstates a "neutral" rating on the Airbus share, believing that 2020 will be a year of transition for the European aviation group.
Oddo thinks that 2020 - or at least the first part of the year - will be like a year of transition, with the company making a crucial step towards the linearisation of the generation of FCF and work on the FAL (Final Assembly Line) of the A321, which will guarantee additional profitability of aircraft in the order book over the long term, the broker particularly notes, which has raised its target price after updating peers and (its) WACC.
However, the broker's target price of 117 euros suggests limited downside potential of 9%.
