Airbus: Credit Suisse a buyer; maintains target price

(CercleFinance.com) - Credit Suisse has confirmed its buy (outperformance) rating on the Airbus share, betting on robust deliveries from the European aircraft manufacturer at the end of the year.
The broker also maintains its target price at 120 euros.

According to analysts, as of 18 December, 732 (civil) aircraft had been registered by Airbus since the beginning of the year, compared to management's targets of 800 aircraft for FY 2018, or about 780 when excluding the A220. Credit Suisse estimates that at this stage, in December, 59 aircraft have been delivered, including 29 A320neo and six A350s.

In short, the broker says that Airbus would be well on track to meet its annual commitments. In addition, the difficulties with the A380 and A330ceo programs now seem to be a thing of the past.
