Airbus: to strengthen MRO helicopter capacity in Kobe
(CercleFinance.com) - Airbus Helicopters today announces that it will have a Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) complex adjacent to its site near Kobe Airport in Japan.
Construction will begin in June 2019 and is set to be operational in November of the same year.
Thanks to this expansion, it will have the strongest presence in the business aviation sector in this area. Its overall capacity will increase by 60% to enable it to simultaneously deal with about 40 medium-sized helicopters.
