Airbus: partnership concluded on C Series program
(CercleFinance.com) - Airbus, Bombardier and Investissement Québec have announced the conclusion of their C Series program partnership agreement effective as of 1 July 2018, with an agreement originally announced in October 2017.
The European aircraft manufacturer is taking a majority stake in the Société en commandite Avions C Series (SCACS), with all the regulatory authorisations required for the conclusion of this agreement having been obtained.
The partnership's headquarters, its management team and main final assembly line are based in Mirabel, Quebec (approximately 2,200 employees and contractors), with support from the entire C Series global supply chain.
