Airbus: could delete or transfer 3,600 jobs
(CercleFinance.com) - According to the latest edition of the magazine Challenges, Airbus could delete or transfer 3,600 jobs due to poor A380 sales and problems in the A400M.
This project will be presented to the European Works Council held in Toulouse on Wednesday. At this meeting the European Works Council will explain the previously announced rate of downscaling of the A380 and A400M programs.
According to Challenges, French employees are much less concerned by these steps than those at the group's sites in Germany, Spain and the UK.
