Airbus: delivery of first A320neo to EasyJet.
(CercleFinance.com) - Airbus Group announces, on the occasion of a ceremony in Toulouse, the delivery to EasyJet of its first A320neo, an aircraft which is also its 300th delivery of the A320 series to British budget airline.
The aircraft manufacturer specifies that this commercial aircraft, powered by CFM LEAP-1A engines, is configured in a comfortable 186-seat layout.
In May 2017, easyJet upgraded an order for 30 186-seat A320neos to 235-seat 321neos in order to allow growth despite the space constraints at some airports.
