Philips: launches new emergency care IT suite in US
(CercleFinance.com) - Philips today announced the US launch of a new emergency care IT suite, which is specifically aimed at emergency responders on the scene and doctors at hospitals.
The new web-based dashboard enables emergency teams to transmit clinical data to remote specialists, enabling teams at hospitals to review a patient's vitals, the Dutch health technology group said.
The solution - which has already been in use in Europe - has been presented at the HIMSS health conference and exhibition in Florida for its US debut.
