Unilever: ex-Avon CEO to become a board member
(CercleFinance.com) - Consumer goods giant Unilever said board-member Ann Fudge would retire at its annual meeting after having served for nine years.
The group said it would propose that Andrea Jung - who has been the CEO of US cosmetics maker Avon from 1999 to 2012 - would join as non-executive director.
