Heineken: about to change CFO
(CercleFinance.com) - Heineken has announced that its CFO and member of the Executive Board Laurence Debroux has agreed with the Supervisory Board to step down after its General Shareholder Meeting, which is scheduled for 22 April.
The Supervisory Board will then propose the appointment of Harold van den Broek, currently head of Hygiene at consumer product group Reckitt Benckiser, as the new CFO and member of the Executive Board for a period of four years.
Subject to the approval of this appointment at the AGM, Harold van den Broek will join the Dutch brewer on 1 June 2021. He will first work alongside Laurence Debroux to ensure a smooth transition.
