AkzoNobel: completes the acquisition of France's Disatech.
(CercleFinance.com) - Dutch coatings and paints maker AkzoNobel said on Monday that it has finalised the acquisition of France's Disatech, a manufacturer of aerospace technical marking systems.
Headquartered in Limoges, Disatech specialises in self-adhesive vinyl, polyester and polycarbonate films used on aircraft, vehicles, agricultural machinery and other equipment.
The acquisition of Disatech will bring new technologies and services that complement AkzoNobel's existing portfolio of coatings and films for the aerospace and transport sectors.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
