AkzoNobel: CFO appointed for specialty chemicals
(CercleFinance.com) - AkzoNobel today announces the appointment of Renier Vree as Chief Financial Officer of its Specialty Chemicals business, effective as from 1 March 2018.
Currently CFO and member of the executive board of Arcadis for which he has been working for eight years, before this Renier Vree spent the previous 20 years at Philips, and as CFO of Philips Lighting.
The Dutch chemicals group hathat the two-way process of separating its specialty chemicals business, via a private sale or a legal division, is track to be completed April 2018.
