SES: two new directors to start in April
(CercleFinance.com) - SES' Board of Directors has announced its decision to appoint Steve Collar, as the group's new CEO and Chair of the Executive Committee, along with Andrew Browne, as its new CFO, as from 5 April.
The satellite operator says that Steve Collar is currently head of SES Networks, and that Andrew Browne was until recently CFO of O3b Networks and CFO of SES from 2010 to 2013.
Over the next few weeks, they will work closely with Karim Michel Sabbagh, the group's current CEO and chair of the group's current Executive Committee, along with Padraig McCarthy, its current CFO, to ensure a smooth transition.
