RTL Group: UBS cuts target price
(CercleFinance.com) - UBS has trimmed its target price on the RTL Group stock from 68.
5 euros to 67.7 euros, saying that the European broadcaster's full-year 2018 will be burdened by digital investments.
The broker - which maintains a "neutral" rating on the share - has cut its earnings estimates by 6% to factor in additional digital investments.
Nevertheless, UBS says it sees some "upside" on its target price if RTL can "monetise" pay video-on-demand and content investments.
