WPP: strategic partnership with Braze
(CercleFinance.com) - WPP announced on Wednesday that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Braze, a customer engagement platform that connects brands and consumers.
The agreement will cover the integration and development of solutions to help brands leverage their data to deliver a "personalised" engagement.
Their alliance will also enable their clients to implement customer activation, retention and loyalty strategies through the creation of "tailored" offers.
This aims to combine the creative capabilities of WPP's teams with the technology developed by Braze.
Earlier this week WPP already announced the acquisition of the influencer marketing agency Obviously, which has offices in New York, San Francisco and Paris.
