Ryanair: publishes customer service figures

(CercleFinance.com) - The company has today published its customer service statistics for the month of September.


Based on the data presented, 98% of flights in the month of September arrived on time. Equally, 91% of the more than 57,000 passengers surveyed rated their flight “excellent/very good/good”.

The ratings are also high for crew friendliness (94%), service onboard (92%), boarding (89%) and the food & drink range (85%).

Ryanair transported 5.1 million passengers in September.
