Accenture: opens centre of excellence with IITM in India
(CercleFinance.com) - Accenture has announced that it has opened a Centre of Excellence (CoE) in partnership with the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM) to jointly undertake collaborative research projects around digital engineering and manufacturing across sectors.
Both partners plan to work on various themes, such as autonomous robotic systems (ARS), the industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), digital twin systems (DTS) and electric mobility.
The CoE will also function as an incubator and identify early-stage startups that can stimulate innovation and research in these areas.
