Accenture: completes acquisition of BENEXT
(CercleFinance.com) - Accenture has completed the acquisition of BENEXT, a French independent consulting firm specialising in product management, agile coaching, cloud-based development and data science.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
BENEXT's teams of approximately 160 professionals will join OCTO Technology, which is part of Accenture, and will strengthen Accenture Cloud First's European and international expertise more generally.
