BP: to sell UK North Sea assets to Premier
(CercleFinance.com) - Britain's Premier Oil on Tuesday announced the acquisitions of some of BP's assets in the UK North Sea.
The proposed acquisition includes a portfolio of two producing UK Central North Sea assets for 625 million dollars.
This includes BP's operated interests in five oil and gas fields of the Andrew Area, as well as BP's non-operated interest in the Shearwater gas condensate field.
The deal also includes an additional 25% stake in the Premier operated Tolmount gas field for 191 million dollars, plus deferred payments of up to 55 million dollars.
