7bn bond offering with the SEC, with a first tranche of $800m at a fixed rate of 5.375%, maturing in 2026, and a second tranche of $900m at a fixed rate of 5.625% maturing in 2033.
Payment of principal and interest are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Diageo plc. The proceeds of the issue will be used for general corporate purposes.
