Balfour Beatty: shares helped by positive broker comments

(CercleFinance.com) - Shares of British construction group Balfour Beatty rose 3.
2% to 278.3 pence, after UBS upgraded the stock from "neutral" to "buy," raising its target price from 310 pence to 315 pence.

In a report to clients, UBS said its is "time to get more bullish" on the stock, adding that 2018 could be the year when the shares outperform.

Helped by these comments, Balfour Beatty was easily outperforming the 0.7 percent drop in the FTSE 100 index today.
