bioMérieux: FY earnings up almost 50%
(CercleFinance.com) - The biotech company bioMérieux has announced a 48% increase in net income, group share to 404 million euros and a 58% increase in profit from recurrent operations to 613 million euros, on sales of 3.
12 billion euros, representing organic growth of 19.7%.
At its AGM on 20 May, the in vitro diagnostics group's Board of Directors will propose a dividend of 0.62 euro per share, representing a total payout of 73 million euros, for free cash flow of 328 million euros.
For 2021 bioMérieux estimates annual sales growth of between 5% and 8% like-for-like and that its contributive operating income before non-recurring items should be in line with 2020 at current exchange rates.
