Rubis: progress in takeover bid for KenolKobil
(CercleFinance.com) - Rubis Group announced late on Thursday that its bid to buy all of KenolKobil Plc's shares at the price of 23 Kenyan Shillings (c.
0.20 euro) per share has been approved by the Kenya Financial Markets Authority, the Kenyan Competition Authority and the COMESA Competition Commission.
"The Board of Directors of KenolKobil Plc, after receiving an independent financial advisor's report on the cash offer, has considered the offer and has recommended that the shareholders of KenolKobil Plc accept the offer," the group said.
