CGG: new Chairman and CEO appointed
(CercleFinance.com) - CGG says that its Board of Directors, which met on 26 April, has appointed Philippe Salle as the Board's Chairman.
Sophie Zurquiyah has taken on her role as CEO and was appointed as a director at the AGM met on that day.
Apart from Philippe Salle and Sophie Zurquiyah, the Board of Directors of the group specialising in geoscience includes nine other members, including seven independent directors and one director representing employees.
