Valeo: teams up with Docomo for connected cars
(CercleFinance.com) - Valeo has announced signing a partnership agreement with NTT Docomo, the leading mobile phone company in Japan, for the development and marketing of connectivity solutions for vehicles, as from 13 April.
The agreement means that Valeo and Docomo will pool their expertise and respective solutions to offer telecommunication services and onboard equipment for connected cars.
Both companies will particularly offer new generation mobility services (5G/Vehicle-to-everything), digital services for cars connected to a smartphone and enhanced controls of onboard equipment.
