Elis: OCEANE bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - Elis announces the launch of an issue of OCEANEs maturing on 22 September 2029, by way of a public offering to qualified investors only, which totals approximately 375 million euros.
The final terms of the bonds are expected to be determined at the end of the bookbuilding process, which is expected to take place later today, with settlement scheduled for 22 September.
The net proceeds will be used to partially refinance the outstanding OCEANEs maturing on 6 October 2023, up to a maximum nominal amount of 200 million euros, for which it will concurrently launch a partial buyback offer.
