Elis: acquires textile business of Blesk InCare
(CercleFinance.com) - Elis announces that it has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the textiles businesses of Blesk InCare in Russia.
The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of 2021.
Sales (expected to be around 700 million rubles in 2021, or over 8 million euros) are 60%-generated by the Flat linen business, with the remaining 40% from the Workwear business.
The business has been particularly resilient over the health crisis in 2020, with it set to post double-digit growth in revenue this year.
