Elis: completes acquisition of Kings Laundry
(CercleFinance.com) - Elis has announced that it has completed the acquisition of 100% of Kings Laundry in Ireland.
Kings Laundry has two plants in Cork and Dublin, specialising in flat linen. In 2019, the company reported revenues of around 35 million euros.
Along with this announcement, Xavier Martiré, Chairman of Elis' Executive Board, said, "The quality of Kings Laundry's assets as well as the experience of its management team will facilitate the integration of the company, whose founder will become country CEO".
