Elis: refinancing agreement reached
(CercleFinance.com) - Elis has announced reaching an agreement with Barings and a consortium of investors to implement USPP-type funding in the coming weeks arounding to about 300 million euros with a maturity of 10 years.
The finalisation of this funding will be subject to the signature of the final contractual documentation and the fulfillment of usual conditions precedent for this type of operation.
The funds raised are to be entirely dedicated to the refinancing of the industrial laundry group's existing debt, including the partial refinancing of the 800 million euro high-yield bond with maturity in April 2022.
