Elis: agreement for acquisition in Colombia
(CercleFinance.com) - Elis has announced signing an agreement for the acquisition of 100% of Metropolitana SAS in Colombia.
The finalisation of this transaction is subject to conventional regulatory conditions and is expected to take place at the beginning of 2019.
Metropolitana has two facilities in Bogota that are dedicated to health, industry and hotel operators. As a family-owned group, in 2017 it generated revenues of around 4 million euros.
This acquisition, on the one hand, strengthens Elis' existing network in the Bogota region, and on the other hand, enhances its development in the hotel and industry sectors, where the group has been less present.
