Voltalia: Sud Vannier wind farm commissioned
(CercleFinance.com) - Voltalia announces that its fleet of power stations in operation has exceeded two gigawatts of installed capacity, thanks to the commissioning of the Sud Vannier wind farm (23.

After construction began in October 2021 and the start of production in April 2023, the wind farm is now fully operational. It will supply Leroy Merlin with renewable electricity as part of the first corporate PPA wind farm for a new asset ever signed in France.
Following on from the SSM3-6 solar power plant, which reached full capacity at the start of the month with 260 megawatts fed into the grid, it's now the turn of the Sud Vannier wind farm to reach full capacity, Voltalia said.
