Elior: 1,888 redundancies in France
(CercleFinance.com) - Elior France has announced a redundancy plan in its contract catering business.
This reorganisation entails 1,888 redundancies, spread over 1,260 company catering sites operated by Elior Entreprises and Arpège, across France.
As far as possible, the employees concerned will be offered reclassification to the group's other businesses in France - in catering and services - through vacancies, jobs created by this project and the usual staff turnover. It is estimated that over 1,000 jobs will be potentially available over the next year, the group said.
