Elior: teams up with United Kitchens
(CercleFinance.com) - Elior France's premium B&I catering brand Arpège has announced signing with the culinary incubator United Kitchens a “partnership for the purposes of developing responsible and original catering.

“Together, Arpège and United Kitchens are looking to uncover and promote the virtuous culinary concepts of the future that use raw and seasonal produce, as well as to fight against waste and contribute to insertion,” Elior said.
Arpège will participate in the selection of startups which will integrate the incubator and accompany them in their development through advice and coaching. Successful startups will be able to test their innovations at Arpège restaurants.
