Elior: wins contract with Areas in the US.
(CercleFinance.com) - Elior's global concession catering brand Areas announced yesterday evening that it has won a 10-year contract for the management of 15 restaurants at Minneapolis-Saint Paul Airport in the United States.
In partnership with AERO Service Group and Innovative Retail Group, Areas has developed a unique catering offer based on a harmonious set of reputed international brands and emblematic brands of local gastronomy.
Ranging from a relaxed coffee shop to more upscale restaurants and takeaways, a variety of complementary brands will be installed at the different terminals, alongside the natural flows of passengers.
