Areva: State controls 98.2% of capital after squeeze-out.

(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo BHF SCA has informed the AMF that during the period of the squeeze-out for Areva shares that was initiated by the French State, i.
e. from 1 August to 14 August inclusive, the French State bought 863,338 shares, at a price of 4.50 euros per share, on the market.

At the closing of the offer, the French State holds - directly and through the CEA - 813,144,501 shares representing 98.25% of the group's capital and at least 98.41% of the voting rights of the nuclear power group.
