Edenred: to appeal against French antitrust decision
(CercleFinance.com) - Edenred says that it is contesting the decision taken by the French Antitrust Authority (AC), which was notified to the central repayment authority of meal vouchers and several French companies operating in the meal vouchers sector, including Edenred France.
"Edenred does not share the Antitrust Authority's analysis, notably its assessment of competition on the French meal voucher market," pointing to "The abundance of players, the wealth of innovations" in this market.
Edenred therefore "categorically" denies the two allegations made by the French Antitrust Authority. Edenred will appeal the Antitrust Authority's decision before the Paris Court of Appeal and request that it be set aside.
