Suez: launches tender offer to repurchase senior notes
(CercleFinance.com) - Suez today announces the launch of a tender offer to repurchase senior notes maturing between 2021 and 2025, as well as its intention to issue euro denominated senior fixed rate notes.
The Notes concerned are admitted to trading on Euronext Paris, with the exception of 500 million euros of notes which will mature on 22 July 2024 bearing interest at 5.50% which are admitted to trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
The utilities specifies that the maximum acceptance amount for the tender offer will be announced as soon as reasonably practicable following the pricing of the New Notes. The results will be announced on Monday 14 October 2019.
