(CercleFinance.com) - EuropaCorp once again confirms that it is in talks to restructure its debts and reinforce its financial capacity with various financial partners including its lenders, one of which is the Vine group.
Vine has indicated its interest in a potential equity stake in the company. Talks are currently underway on the details of this potential transaction and on the group's financing for the future.
EuropaCorp specifies that if this transaction goes ahead, an agreement will need to be reached with the senior lenders and a backup plan will need to be presented at the Commercial Court in Bobigny.
