Argan: 9m rental income up 12%
(CercleFinance.com) - The French real-estate company specialising in the development & rental of premium warehouses Argan has reported rental income of E137m for the first nine months of the year, up 12% y-o-y.
Growth was mainly thanks to the full-year effect of rents generated by developments in 2022, rents from warehouses delivered in the first nine months of 2023, and the 1 January 2023 rent review (+4% on average).
Argan has confirmed its FY 2023 targets, including 10% growth in rental income to E183m, recurring net income that is up 4% to E124m, and a 5% incease in its dividend to E3.15 per share.
