Rexel: 9m sales +3.8% at E14,428.1m

(CercleFinance.com) - Rexel has reported Q3 2023 sales that are down 3.
1% at E4,665.1m, impacted by FX factors. They were, however up 2.6% LFL and on a constant number of working days, thanks to positive volumes and price increases on non-cable products.

In the first 9 months of 2023, Rexel recorded sales of E14,428.1m, up 3.8%, as reported.

LFL sales growth on a constant number of days basis was +6.3%, including an unfavourable 1.2% impact linked to changes in copper-based cable prices (compared with a favourable effect of +1.9% in 9m 2022).

The company says that for 2023, at comparable scope and exchange rates, it is aiming for LFL sales growth at the top of its initial target range of 2% to 6%; an adjusted EBITA margin of 6.6% to 6.9%; and FCF conversion of over 60%.
