SCOR: completes disposal of its subsidiary Réhalto
(CercleFinance.com) - SCOR has finalised the disposal of its subsidiary Réhalto, which is specialised in well-being at work, following the start of exclusive negotiations with the group Workplace Options on 13 September.
The financial terms of the deal were not specified.
According to the 2017 SCOR reference document, Réhalto had 45 employees, compared with around 2,800 for the reinsurer's core business.
Réhalto offers services for the prevention of psycho-social risks and stress, the management of individual and collective psychological traumas and also support activities for people to return to health and active lives, the company says on its its website.
