Scor: exceptional bonus paid in France
(CercleFinance.com) - Scor announces that it has decided to pay an exceptional bonus in France, which will benefit from tax and social security advantages, as part of purchasing power measures that were voted in December 2018 by the French Parliament.
Thus, 1,000 euros will be paid to all employees in France who earn less than 1.5 times the minimum wage (SMIC) and 500 euros to those who earn between 1.5 times and 2.5 times. 30% of the company's workforce in France will benefit from this premium, which will be paid before the end of February.
This bonus is in addition to the award of performance shares in December 2018 to all the reinsurer's entire global workforce, which represents nearly one million shares distributed to over 2,800 employees.
