ADP: to begin negotiations with trade unions
(CercleFinance.com) - ADP Group has said that it wishes to enter into negotiations with trade unions.
"It turns out now that the traffic recovery will be very gradual, with a return to the 2019 level expected between 2024 and 2027," ADP said.
"The strategic orientations of Groupe ADP need to be revised. Groupe ADP gives itself three years (2021-2023) to give the company an opportunity to return to a profitable and sustainable growth".
At an extraordinary works council meeting held on 9 July, it was proposed that employee representatives enter into negotiations.
The group wishes to establish an agreement on long-term partial activity to deal with the fall in business on the occupations concerned, a collective mutually agreed termination device in order to accompany the choices of each employee.
