Arkema: buys out minority shareholder of JV in China
(CercleFinance.com) - This morning Arkema announces that it has bought out the shares of its partner Taixing Sunke Chemicals in their Chinese joint venture dedicated to acrylic monomers, of which French chemist now holds all the capital.
From a financial point of view, the impact on net debt amounts to about 70 million euros, Arkemas says.
Arkema points out that Asia represents over half of the global acrylic market.
