Eutelsat: E600-million bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - Eutelsat announces the issue of senior unsecured bonds for 600 million euros.
The bonds will be issued at 99.619% and will be redeemable at 100% of their principal amount at maturity.
The coupon will be 1.500% per annum. The bonds are due to mature on 13 October 2028. Their delivery and settlement are expected on 13 October 2020.
