Alstom: successful E2bn capital increase
(CercleFinance.com) - Alstom has announced that its capital increase of about 2 billion euros has been a big success.
The gross amount of the capital increase, with maintenance of preferential subscription rights, whose launch Alstom announced on 16 November 2020 is 2,008,302,622.50 euros (including issue premium), corresponding to the issue of 68,078,055 new shares with a par value of 7 euros at a unit subscription price of 29.50 euros.
At the end of the subscription period, which ended on 30 November 2020, total demand amounted to over 3.4 billion euros. The transaction was oversubscribed to (approximately 171.4%).
