Alstom: wins regulatory approval for Bombardier deal

(CercleFinance.com) - Alstom and Bombardier announced late on Tuesday that they have obtained al the regulatory authorisations that are required to complete the sale of Bombardier Transport to Alstom.


Alstom and Bombardier now expect to complete the deal on 29 January 2021.
