Alstom: contract of over E27m in Germany
(CercleFinance.com) - Alstom has signed a contract with Hessische Landesbahn GmbH (HLB), the transport operator of the State of Hesse in Germany.
The contract covers an order of over 27 million euros for the delivery of five Coradia Continental regional trains.
The trains will be delivered in December 2019 and will be commissioned in the metropolitan area of Frankfurt-Rhine-Main.
This latest order comes in addition to that made by HLB in 2015 for 30 identical Coradia Continental motor-coach trains (EMU), which will come into service on the Sudhessen Untermain network in December 2018.
