Engie: 36.5% drop in FY net income
(CercleFinance.com) - Engie has reported net recurring income, group share that is down 36.
5% at 1.7 billion euros, with EBITDA that is down 10.5% at 9.3 billion euros, for revenues that are down 7.2% at 55.8 billion euros (-5.7% on an organic basis).
For 2020, the Board of Directors has proposed a payout ratio at 75% - at the upper end of the range - i.e. a dividend of 0.53 euro per share, which will be submitted to shareholders for approval at its AGM on 20 May.
For 2021, the energy group expects net recurring income, group share of 2.3 to 2.5 billion euros, based on indicative EBITDA ranges of 9.9 to 10.3 billion euros and a COI (current operating income) of 5.2 to 5.6 billion euros.
