Engie: nearly two million EPS shares subscribed
(CercleFinance.com) - Electro Power Systems (EPS) announces that as part of its capital increase that was open from 20 to 30 July, Engie ultimately subscribed to a total of 1,986,796 new shares, now holding 60.
5% of the group's capital and voting rights.
As a reminder, via its subsidiary GDF International, before this transaction the energy giant held 59.89% of the group's capital and voting rights of the company specialising in energy storage solutions and microgrids.
The issue totalled a gross amount of 30,321,292.50 euros, and resulted in the creation of 3,191,715 new shares. The settlement and delivery of the new shares, along with their admission to trading on Euronext Paris, is scheduled for 8 August.
